1. Introduction

Welcome to OravisCoach, where we specialize in business coaching for directors. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Coaching Services

We offer personalized guidance and development plans for directors. Details of each service are provided at the time of booking. All sessions are scheduled based on availability.

3. Information Products

Our digital resources include guides, templates, and recorded seminars designed to support leadership and management. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

4. Merchandise

We sell branded materials and workbooks in physical format. Availability and delivery times are noted per item.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Requests received within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund due to scheduling constraints. A session credit valid for six months may be offered upon request. Intensive retreat programs are non-refundable due to upfront preparation and resource commitment. All requests must be submitted via our contact form.

5.2 Information Products

Digital resources may be requested for a refund within 14 days of access. To initiate a refund, submit your request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Merchandise

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must arrive in original condition. After inspection, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Rescheduling and Transfers

Sessions may be rescheduled at no extra cost if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment. Transfer of sessions to another participant is permitted upon approval via our contact form.
